1. When 'tracklaying' your audio into your timeline, you should organize your individual soundtracks like so on the timeline:
V1- Picture
A1- Dialogue
A2-Dialogue
A3-SFX
A4-SFX
A5-Music
A6-Music.
2. In Premiere Pro, the term 'rubber-banding' refers to the way the audio fades in and out. It it used to adjust the volume, either up or down. The actual 'rubber band' is the line on the audio clip on the timeline.
3. A key-frame is the spot on the timeline where you would like to begin or end a transition. (Like titles fading in or moving, or and audio track steadily getting louder etc.) The space between your keys frames is where the transition is happening, such as motion or volume change.
4. Using key frames to fade into a title, I would first find the exact frame I would like the fade to begin at. There I would place the first key frame. Using the basic effects in the effects bar, I would select the kind of fade I want, adjusting things how I want them to look by the second key frame. From there I would find the exact frame I would like the fade to stop at, and set down another key frame there. Now with the space between each key frame I can adjust the level of fade or add any other specific effects I want to go in over the fade for the titles.
